This usually means you sent the wrong token or used the wrong network. For example, sending BNB when USDT was expected, or sending Ethereum ETH on the BNB Smart Chain.

Double check you’re sending the exact coin and network shown at checkout. If you already sent the wrong coin, contact support with your transaction ID and we’ll try to sort it out.

Gas fees are paid in the native coin of the network you’re using. If you’re on BNB Smart Chain, you need BNB for gas — even if you hold USDT or ETH on that chain.

If this is confusing, the simplest fix is to convert everything to native Solana (SOL) and pay that way. SOL uses the same coin for fees, no extra tokens required.

Yes, just open a support ticket with your order number and we’ll refresh your download limit right away.

Let us know which file is affected and we’ll replace it with a fresh copy. Include your order number and the file name in the ticket.

Go to your account dashboard → Orders. You should see your order status.

If it says “Pending payment” — complete the payment first and the links will appear.

If it says “Completed” but links are missing — some files may still be uploading. Open a support ticket and we’ll sort it out.

Try downloading a few files at a time rather than all at once — too many simultaneous connections can slow things down. If connections keep dropping, open a ticket and we’ll increase your download limit so you can retry without restrictions.

These are AI LoRA models that work with local image/video generators like ComfyUI, NeoForge, or Wan2GP. You load them into your workflow alongside a base checkpoint.

If you’re new to this, YouTube has great beginner tutorials — search for “ComfyUI LoRA tutorial” or “how to use LoRA models” to get started.

Each download includes a trigger guide file (trigg.txt or similar). If it’s missing on an older upload, you can view the trigger word using a metadata viewer on the .safetensor file.

It depends on the base model listed on the product page:

FLUX models — use with Flux workflows in ComfyUI.

WAN 2.2 models — use Wan2GP or ComfyUI with WAN support.

SDXL models — use checkpoints like JuggernautXL or RealVisXL V2.

SD1.5 models — work with any SD1.5 checkpoint.

Always match your checkpoint to the base model shown on the product page.

Yes — the detail helper is designed to work alongside character LoRAs. If you’re having issues, try lowering the weight of one of them. If problems persist, share your workflow or a screenshot and we’ll help troubleshoot.

SDXL: Start around 0.5–0.765. Going too high can wash out the image.

FLUX / WAN 2.2 HD: Check the trigger guide included in your download for recommended weights.

This usually means you’re running a bare workflow without hires upscaling. SDXL in particular needs proper workflows with upscaling to produce good results.

Search CivitAI or YouTube for updated workflows for your base model. Our bundled sample images also include the workflow used — drag them into ComfyUI to load it.

Depends on the queue. You can check the current queue status before ordering. Typically 1–3 days, but may be longer during busy periods.

Bundles are mostly legacy Stable Diffusion 1.5 + SDXL combined into one download. They cost $8.87 each ($4.95 for SD1.5 + $5.99 for SDXL). Each bundle contains both formats so you can use whichever fits your setup.

Just add the bundle to your cart like any other product and checkout.

No. We sell AI model files (.safetensors format only). We don’t sell, include, or allow any real-life content of any kind. All models are AI-generated and ethically trained.

We’re always exploring new architectures. If we release versions for new base models, we’ll add them to the store and announce it in the catalog.

Some email providers occasionally get flagged by our system. If you’re having trouble, open a support ticket and we’ll look into it. Mention the email address you’re trying to use.

If you haven’t downloaded the files yet — yes, contact support and we’ll swap it for the correct version.

If you’ve already downloaded and this is your first time purchasing that specific product — you’ll need to order the correct version separately. No refunds or exchanges after download.

If you accidentally bought a duplicate of something you already own — contact us with both order numbers and we’ll work something out.

We do our best to keep prices as low as possible. Each model factors in the base price, compute hours for training, and the actual work that goes into the dataset — sourcing, cleaning, tagging, testing, and tuning. It all adds up, especially for models that take multiple training runs to get right.

It’s our special tuned detailer that we’ve spent a lot of effort perfecting over the years, from SD1.5 all the way through FLUX and WAN 2.2. It’s our premium product.

Most character models work fine on their own and don’t need it — but when you want that extra level of body detail and freedom, it fills the gap. Think of it as an optional upgrade, not a requirement.

It’s an enhancement LoRA that adds realistic body detail to your generations — skin texture, body contours, proportions, and overall realism that character LoRAs or Base Models sometimes miss or gloss over.

Most of our character models produce good results on their own. The detail helper is for when you want to push that extra level — filling in body details that might otherwise look soft, washed out, or incomplete.

SDXL version: More limited — focused on standing poses, chest to thighs. Does not enhance extremities like feet or fingers.

FLUX / WAN 2.2 HD versions: More capable and flexible with poses and body coverage.

It’s completely optional — your character LoRAs will work without it. Think of it as a finishing touch when you really need it.
